Peavey Bucks Rules and Regulations

Claiming A Sale

*Please follow these procedures to get credit for all eligible product. You will receive one Peavey Buck for one dollar of net sale of eligible Peavey Product. Net sale is the selling price less any trade allowance or discount. Here is what you do:

1. From the home page click on enter Sales. Fill in all information and click the Add Sale button. Click the Here button to print a copy, you will need one to send to Peavey. Make sure to attach the receipt to each individual ticket, multiple sales can be combined into one attachment, but each individual receipt needs to be separated. Please do not send sales with receipts not attached to the back.
2. IMPORTANT: To be rewarded Peavey Bucks you must mail us (sorry no faxes) both a copy of the customers receipt from the dealership and a copy of the information form that you filled out from #1 above to:

   All customer receipts and information forms sent must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of the sale. Allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your mail for claim(s) to be processed and credited to your account.
   
   

• Eligible products may change without notice. All terms and regulations are subject to change without notice.
• In store sales only, online sales are not eligible.
• Items placed on Layaway are not eligible until the sale is final.
• Only MI Dealers are eligible for Peavey Bucks; Installer, AA, Crest, Service Center and Media Matrix accounts are not currently included.
• All orders will be shipped to the store location.
• Peavey Bucks and Dealer orders cannot be combined for freight paid or any other discounts.
• If you no longer are working for your employer all bucks are void upon leaving your current position. Bucks are non-transferable. Should you return to your position, you will be required to start with a new bucks account.
• By submitting a claim, you grant to Peavey, its successors and assigns, a royalty free, non-exclusive license, irrevocably and in perpetuity, to use your name and likeness, in any manner or media whatsoever, throughout the world, including without limitation, promotional materials, advertisements, press releases, videos, and any other advertising media, for promotion and other purposes of trade.
